Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Katie Van Slyke collection. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
